Bruce Kiselstein is a partner at Kiselstein Franckowiak Law Group. A graduate of John Marshall Law School (where he also attended post graduate tax law education in an advanced Masters of Law Tax law program in Estate Planning) and University of Connecticut, Bruce focuses his practice on irrevocable trusts, estate taxation, asset protection, probate, living trusts, and trust administration. In 2011, 2012, & 2013, Bruce received the Chicago Magazine 5 Star Wealth Manager Award For Professional Services, in 2012 he received the Martindale-Hubbell National Law Directory Client Distinction Award, and in 2017 he received the AVVO Client Choice Award. Bruce has also been featured in The Chicago Tribune, on WBBM, and WJJD.
Lenore Franckowiak is a partner at Kiselstein Franckowiak Law Group and joined the firm in 2011. Lenore is a graduate of Loyola University School of Law and Depaul University. Lenore focuses her practice on estate planning and trust and estate administration. Lenore has conducted numerous educational estate planning seminars for individuals and professional associations. Lenore also happily and enthusiastically provides information and educational classes for parents’ groups that specifically focus on estate planning for minor children.
Both Bruce and Lenore hold active memberships in the Northwest Suburban Estate Planning Council and Northwest Suburban Bar Association, and Bruce is a past president of the Northwest Suburban Estate Planning Council.
